CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to seek the assistance of a consumer mediator, free of charge, to resolve a dispute with our establishment through amicable means.
In the event of a dispute, the customer must first submit a written complaint to our establishment.
If this process does not result in an amicable resolution, or if no response is received within two months, the customer may refer the matter to the mediator designated by our establishment, subject to the applicable admissibility requirements.
