Nocturne Rose: A Charity Event for Pink October
On Friday, October 9, Les Corallines will be decked out in Pink October colors for a charity event dedicated to relaxation and prevention:
• 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Access to the “Marine Wellness Circuit” with pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room
• A free pink swim cap for every participant
• Live music and a song created especially for the event
• €25 per person, with €10 donated to the Ligue contre le cancer

Qi Gong & Meditation – Breathing – Saturday, October 10
A workshop to explore breathing as a source of energy, relaxation, and mindfulness through Qi Gong and meditation.
• Gentle movements synchronized with the breath to release tension and promote the flow of energy

• Meditation focused on presence and inner silence, to reconnect with yourself and what truly matters

2026 Interregional Massage Championship at Les Corallines
On October 24 and 25, 2026, Les Corallines Thalasso & Resort will be pleased to host the Interregional Massage Championship, a first-of-its-kind event in Occitanie dedicated to excellence in the massage and wellness professions.
Over the course of two days, massage professionals from across France will compete in technical challenges judged by a panel of experts. Beyond the competition, this event will celebrate the expertise, passion, and excellence that drive the wellness industry.
Professionals, students, and enthusiasts will also be able to enjoy a program featuring demonstrations, conferences, and discussions centered on the world of massage.
Reveal Yourself: A Day for Yourself
On October 31, treat yourself to a day dedicated to self-esteem, confidence, and reconnecting with yourself.
On the agenda:
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.: “Reveal Yourself” workshop on self-esteem, confidence, and reconnecting with yourself
• 12:00 PM: Lunch at the “Le Tamaris” restaurant, overlooking the Mediterranean
• 2:30–4:30 p.m.: 2 hours of relaxation at Marine Wellness Circuit, featuring a sauna and steam room

Thalasso, Hotel & Restaurants - Annual Closure
Les Corallines Thalasso & Resort will be closed from Monday, November 9, through Thursday, November 26, inclusive.
This annual closure allows us to perform maintenance work so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions when we reopen.
During this period, our reservations team can be reached at 04 67 29 13 13, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (except November 11).
We look forward to seeing you again starting Friday, November 27, to share a year-end experience dedicated to wellness.
Marine Wellness Circuit Evening Tours
Why not enjoy the Marine Wellness Circuit after dark?
On Thursday and Friday evenings, the Les Corallines extends the fun with its “Nocturnes”: enjoy two hours of access to the “Marine Wellness Circuit,” from 7:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m., in a relaxing atmosphere.
On the agenda: heated seawater, massage jets, a hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room to end the day with a true wellness retreat.
