Preparing my stay at Hotel Les Corallines
Our zen advice to prepare your Thalasso stay
> Don’t forget to bring swimsuits adapted to marine conditions (synthetic and not new) – wearing swimming shorts is not tolerated
> Bring a bathing cap (mandatory for indoor pools) and clean sandals (mandatory in the thalasso facilities) – free for 6-day cures! For sale on site
> Do not wear jewelry sensitive to sea water or valuables
> Take a sport outfit and shoes for the cardio-musculation room and the fitness room
> Arrive ½ hour before the 1st treatment at the thalasso reception
> Remember to book your additional treatments in advance to avoid any unavailability of the schedule
> Think of the medical certificate from 3 days of treatment (failing this, signature of a discharge on site)
> Remember to communicate to us when booking if any medical contraindication or specific request

Your stay at Les Corallines hotel gives you access to the sauna, hammam, Thalasso heated seawater pool and the Parcours Marin relaxation area (out of lesson hours) *

Première Ligne Sport Complex
Because physical activity rhymes with fitness and well-being, the Première Ligne gym invites you to practice sports in a top-of-the-range setting, entirely open to the Mediterranean Sea.
New for 2022 : Opening of the Yoga Studio with new disciplines like Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, etc...
As guests of Les Corallines hotel, you benefit from preferential rates :
> -25% for lessons : get a discount on Aqua, Fitness or Yoga lessons
> Week pass from Monday to Friday : 1 lesson per day of your choice according to the proposed schedule for 85€. Available as a Pool or Fitness week pass.
Due to the current health context, reservation is mandatory to play sports in complete serenity.

Other Practical Information - Hosted Customers
> For safety reasons, Thalasso & Spa facilities are reserved for those over 14 years old (a special Teen treatment package is available from 14 years old). All minors must be accompanied by an adult, whether in terms of spa treatment or facilities access.
> Bathrobe and towels are provided for your comfort.
> Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sauna or hammam
In Thalasso : From 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. / From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday.
On the 1st floor of Première Ligne : From 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evening. /From 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Sunday. (& 13.30pm to 6pm until 02/07)

Monday to Friday : 11am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 5.30pm / Friday only: 6.15pm - 7.45pm / Saturday : 11am - 7.30pm / Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Access to the marine course is authorized from the age of 14, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Wearing a bathing cap and clean sandals is compulsory.
