The Gift Voucher mailing can be made only in countries who belong to the C.E.E. For all other destinations, the user will have to contact the booking service of GRAND DELTA SAS.

These conditions concern only on an exclusive basis the not commercials physics persons.

The parts agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by the present contract, with the exclusion of any condition beforehand available on the website.

The user buys an Thalasso or hotel service for a beneficiary. When the beneficiary in has received the gift voucher, he will have to contact the booking service to book his treatment at the date of his choice (for the period stipulated on the gift voucher) within the limits of the availability.

ORDERS

The order can be registered on the website only if the user have been clearly identified by completing the on-line order form.

Any order is acceptance of prices and description of the services available on the sale.

GRAND DELTA SAS undertakes to honor the commands on the web site.
The Gift Voucher are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor accumulative with other promotions of GRAND DELTA SAS

The services of the Gift Voucher must be used during the validity period (current year is January 25th to December 24th, 2010) registered on the Gift Voucher. In this case, the services can’t be neither paid off, nor exchanged.

GIFT VOUCHER SENDING

GIFT VOUCHER VALIDITY
The services, not containing accommodation, offered in Gift Voucher are generally subjected to a tariff period spread over the current year (from the opening date to the closing date of the Establishment either from 25.01.2010 until 24.12.2010)
The services, containing an accommodation, offered in Gift Voucher are subjected to 3 tariff periods, declined in seasons:

Low season: from 25/01/10 until 27/03/10 and from 24/10/10 until 24/12/10.
Middle season: from 28/03/10 until 29/05/10 and from 29/08/10 until 23/10/10.
High season: from 30/05/10 until 28/08/10.

Closed weekends: during the closed weekends, there isn’t any thalasso treatment on the Saturday afternoon and on the whole Sundays.
The concerned weekends are July 3rd and 4th, in July 10th and 11th, July 24th and 25th, July 31st and August 1st, August 7th and 8th, August 21st and 22nd and August 28th and 29th, 2010.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The user has the choice to pay Gift Voucher on-line at the order by bank card (credit card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, AMEX, DINERS, JCB CARD).

The user will support none postal charges nor of management.

Your request of payment is routed in real time by an administrator of secure electronic payment. This one will proceed to the diverse checks to avoid abuses and frauds. In every case, the sale will be considered as definitive only after sending to the customer the acceptance confirmation of the order by the Salesman and after the cashing by this one of the integrality price.

RATES
The prices are indicated in euro all taxes inclusive, except the tourist tax. They take into account the VAT applicable the day of the order. These prices may be modified at any time.
For the services including an accommodation, when our rates are indicated:

For a single room, there will be only one person in the room.
For a double room, there will be 2 persons in the room.
With the half board, this one will include 1 breakfast and one meal per person.
With the fullboard, this one will include 1 breakfast and 2 meals per person.

All our rooms (42 which 3 suites) are furnished with beds for 2 persons, namely a big bed or 2 twin beds.

The rates do not include drinks and diverse supplementary services from which the customer could want to benefit on the occasion of his stay (telephone, laundering).

Rooms are available from 3pm and must be handed for 12pm.

PRE-BOOKINGS SIMPLE ORDER

Besides the system of purchase of Gift Voucher, the Internet user has the possibility of establishing a pre-booking or a simple order.

This pre-booking or simple order requiring the check of the availability, the Internet user has to give at least 3 choices of dates.
Our booking service will contact you under 72 hours to study with you the best solution according to your choices and to the availability of the treatment.

SIGNATURE AND PROOFS

Besides the system of purchase of Gift Voucher, the Internet user has the possibility of establishing a pre-booking or a simple order.
